MA Education (Seoul National University), a recognised 120-hour TEFL certificate, advanced TEFL diploma. Designs and leads our Foundation and Intermediate tracks. Her classroom-management session is, by trainee vote, the most requested we offer.

PhD Education (University of Hong Kong). Supervises the Diploma-level research paper and teaches our Second Language Acquisition module. Published in Applied Linguistics and ELT Journal.

MA Business Communication (Singapore Management University), a recognised 120-hour TEFL certificate. Former corporate trainer at Samsung Electronics and LG Display. Teaches the Business English stream of Level 4 and occasional Diploma electives.
