The honest answer: speak with us first. Most prospective trainees have a sense of where they ought to start, and more than half are wrong — sometimes up, sometimes down. A twenty-minute conversation with our admissions office saves both parties considerable time.
Begin at Level 1. You will not be bored. You will be glad of the foundation when, six months later, you are planning your first real lesson.
Usually Level 2 is the right start, occasionally Level 3. We will interview you and recommend honestly.
Level 3 or 4 is likely your entry point. Many working teachers take Level 4 as a stand-alone specialisation upgrade.
Direct entry to Level 5 Diploma is available subject to portfolio review and an interview with the Director of Studies.
